Closing Checklist

Here’s what you’ll need to bring to your closing

If you have any questions regarding any of these items, please contact Premier Title.

Buyer

1. Photo identification (passport, driver’s license, or state-issued identification card)
2. Buyer’s copy of purchase agreement
3. Proof of purchase of insurance for fire, casualty, flood, windstorm, hurricane, etc.
4. Cashier’s check for cash to close (or contact Premier Title to confirm that your wire transfer has been received)
5. Good Faith Estimate provided to you by Lender
6. Any additional documentation that Premier Title has asked you to provide

Seller

1. Photo identification (passport, driver’s license, or state-issued identification card)
2. Seller’s copy of purchase agreement
3. Invoices for any unpaid taxes, utilities, assessments, etc.
4. Any items to pass on to the Buyer such as association payment coupons, warranties, etc.
5. Garage door opener, keys, access cards or the like
6. Any additional documentation that Premier Title has asked you to provide
